{"id":36,"date":"2025-07-17T22:04:48","date_gmt":"2025-07-17T22:04:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/americansforjudicialreform.org\/w1\/?page_id=36"},"modified":"2025-07-17T22:41:14","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T22:41:14","slug":"reclaim-our-rights","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/americansforjudicialreform.org\/w1\/reclaim-our-rights\/","title":{"rendered":"Reclaim Our Rights"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Reclaim Our Rights is one of AJR&#8217;s programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The Reclaim Our Rights program currently has three areas of focus.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Property Protection Assistance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property Rights Advocacy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Property Rights Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Two primary ways to help our program are through becoming a member and through donations.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The membership and donation functions are currently on a separate <a href=\"https:\/\/reclaimourrights.org\/w1\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/reclaimourrights.org\/w1\">Reclaim Our Rights<\/a> website. We will be merging that site into this site, however, in the meantime you can donate or become a member there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americansforjudicialreform.org\/w1\/reclaim-our-rights\/ror-assistance\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"40\">Property Protection Assistance<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area of focus has the goal of establishing a legal defense fund to help property owners protect their land.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americansforjudicialreform.org\/w1\/reclaim-our-rights\/ror-advocacy\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"42\">Property Rights Advocacy<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area focuses on changing laws and regulations to respect property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/americansforjudicialreform.org\/w1\/reclaim-our-rights\/ror-education\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"47\">Property Rights Education<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The education area is focused on activities to help educate police departments, courts, and property owners regarding property rights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><mark>Geographic Areas of Interest<\/mark><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Geographic Areas of Interest are geographical areas (locations) where we see significant issues and in order to help address those issues we have created a dedicated forum where members can discuss these particular issues and work towards and encourage resolution of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Geographic Areas of Interest Currently Include:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Washington- Wahkiakum County<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Reclaim Our Rights is one of AJR&#8217;s programs.
